Aging and Intimacy

A Unique Seminar for Singles and Couples

Do you wonder how relationships and intimacy will change as you age? If you are 40 or older, and seek a greater understanding of ways to find intimacy and maintain a quality love life as you mature, please attend.

Part of the seminar will focus on “mature sexuality” encompassing attitudes, myths and methods of maintaining healthy and satisfying sexuality regardless of age. Pertinent information, lively group discussions, useful resources will be included in the seminar. Join us as we share the joys and challenges we encounter in our personal aging journeys—with support in a safe, comfortable environment.

When: Saturday, October 25, 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.

Where: 685 Gonzales Rd. (between E. Alameda and Hyde Park Rd.), Santa Fe, NM

Facilitators:

James Zacharias, Ph.D., LMFT – Jim is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified sex therapist. Throughout his career he has pioneered and facilitated seminars in sexual awareness and sacred sexuality. Currently, he lives in Albuquerque where he conducts a private practice for individuals and couples.

Mim Chapman, Ph.D. -- Mim is an educator, Myers-Briggs trainer, keynote speaker, relationship coach, and national workshop leader in diversity and relationship issues. She is a trained sex educator and the author of The VP (vagina-penis) Dialogues, a performance arts piece based in her research on the success, and lack thereof, of sexual education in our country.

Cost: Singles: $79 prior to October 18/ $89 after October 18

Couples: $139 prior to October 18/ $159 after October 18
